Today is marked by the publishing of new tenders by Systembolaget, selected products will be launched in December 2022.
The monopoly is asking for many different types of products ranging from wines, spirits to cider. The tenders are diverse as they are seeking products from various countries as well as different styles in varying price ranges.
As stated in the previous article, we notice again an increase in climate-friendly packaging (such as paper packaging, PET, aluminum packaging, and lightweight bottles for wine). The monopoly’s objective is always to reduce the footprint due to packaging by 10% at the end of 2023. The producers are increasingly well informed and can offer suitable packaging. From the 1st of March, all Systembolaget stores have a new marking for Sustainable choice, you can read more by clicking here.
